I’m going to tell you the real reason you’ve lost your spark in your career

I’ve been in business for over SIX years now (?!), and I’ve unfortunately seen this pattern play out for people time and time again. Here’s how it looks: You’re a high achiever, absolutely smashing it in your career and life. You’re in a job that’s uber successful (prestigious company, cool office perks, stable income, the works), and things are going well. You’re 5-10 years out of college. You set your goal and “made it” on the path you always dreamed of. 

But then…something happens. Suddenly, you start to feel “off”. You’re not as excited at your role as you once were. Your motivation begins to dwindle. You feel apathetic, numb, and like the thing you always aspired to doesn’t make you as happy as you anticipated. What gives?! The little fire you’ve always felt when it comes to your career feels like it’s fizzling out, and you start to stress.

Surely this isn’t what success is supposed to feel like, right?

Maybe the next step will feel better, you tell yourself, shoving those doubts about your career deep down, hoping they’ll resolve themselves on their own. 

Unfortunately, the magical fix never comes, and after a while, you finally admit the thing you secretly knew all along: you’re stuck, and while nothing might be technically “wrong” with your job, it’s also not right. Uh oh! 

Here’s the thing, my friend: if what I just explained to you sounds like I’m reading your diary, it’s because it used to be my diary too. I’ve been through my own existential career crisis almost a decade ago, and I’ve also spent the last 6 years helping clients through theirs. Here’s the reason this happens in a vast majority of cases:

You’re stuck and overwhelmed because you’ve been building your career on someone else’s definition of success. 

Truth is, most high achievers go through their entire career without really knowing themselves. They focus on climbing the ladder and accomplishing their goals, failing to ask whether those goals are even the ones they want to accomplish. There’s no pausing and no reflection, just accomplishment. But one day, once their goals are checked off and the steps they’ve set out are complete, they realize they’re completely and utterly lost. 
Big yikes.

Whewwwwww… I hope I really spoke to your heart there and you see so much of yourself in what I shared above.   • WHAT IT IS: PCS TOGETHER is my small group coaching container, designed to provide you with community and accountability as we work through the Purpose Chaser School Program. Each cohort is capped at 10 members so that you can get to know each other and get plenty of 1x1 support from me. 

  • THE STRUCTURE: As a member of the cohort you’ll receive 

    • 6 group calls (Four 90 minute group coaching calls, one 45 minute kickoff call, and one 45 minute wrap-up) custom tailored to your cohort

    • One 30 minute individual coaching call

    • Access to direct individual support via office hours

    • Email support

    • Access to the PCS training program, modules, and exercises via Thinkific

    • Feedback on your homework between sessions 

  • WHEN IT IS: We start April 26th! Our calls are roughly every 2 weeks, with our final post-program call on July 17th. Calls are at 5PM MT (4PT/7ET). All calls will be recorded as well, in case you miss anything.

Here we silence the noise of expectations so you’re no longer worrying so much about other peoples’ definition of success - you’ll write your own. 

    • Modules 4 - 7 are about identifying your needs. This is where I explain the difference between “what” versus “how” needs, teach you my signature interest mapping process, and help you develop a personalized purpose statement based on what’s actually engaging to you! We also build out our “must haves list”, which helps us understand our logistics needs from a role. 

    • Module 8 ties everything together, giving you a framework for how to see why your current role isn’t working. This is crucial, because based on what type of problems you’re having (how, what, or both), you’ll be able to figure out where to go from here. Can you salvage your existing career by job crafting? Do you need to shift companies? Maybe change roles all together? We’ll teach you how to build out a personalized rubric and you’ll have time with me 1x1 to discuss. 

  • PRICING: Full payment of $2,497 or 3 installments of $835.
